Who we are
NuStar Wound Care Services is a nurse-founded, Black-owned wound care services company rooted in the communities we serve. We were founded by Brandi Garner, RN, and we work with patients, families, physicians, surgical practices, and home care agencies in Indianapolis, Indiana and Miami, Florida.
We are boots on the ground. We come to the patient, we come to the practice, and we stay in touch. That is the whole idea.
What we believe
- Patients deserve dignity and confidence. Care should leave people feeling respected, informed, and more like themselves.
- Practices deserve a partner who makes life easier. Fewer loose ends, clearer communication, and follow-through you do not have to chase.
- Showing up is the standard. We come to you. We keep our word. We are easy to reach.
- Community matters. We are from the neighborhoods we serve, and we intend to give back to them.
Where we are
Our roots are in Indianapolis, and we have a growing presence in Miami. Both cities get the same standard: a nurse-led team that treats every patient like family.
